Revealera

Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 20, 2026

Revealera (“Revealera,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a product of Revealera, LLC, provides alternative data intelligence for investment professionals. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you visit revealera.com (the “Site”) or request access to our products.

This policy covers the Site and related business communications. Access to and use of our data products and dashboards may be governed by a separate agreement.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide. When you submit our “Request Access” or contact form, we collect the information you enter: first name, last name, business email address, company name, job title, and any message you include. We use this to respond to your inquiry and evaluate access.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our hosting provider automatically logs standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, and timestamps. This is used for security, reliability, and operating the Site.

Local browser storage. To prevent loss of your submission, the Site temporarily stores the contents of a form you submit in your browser’s local storage on your own device. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to us separately from your form submission. You can clear it at any time via your browser settings.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to access requests and inquiries, and communicate with you about Revealera;
  • Evaluate and provide access to our products and services;
  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site;
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. How We Share Information

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Site and process inquiries, and as required by law. Our current providers include:

  • FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) — processes and delivers form submissions to us by email.
  • Vercel — hosts and serves the Site and generates server/access logs.
  • Railway — hosts our content management backend.

We may also disclose information to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect our rights, our users, or the public.

4. Cookies and Tracking

The Site does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies, and it does not run analytics or behavioral tracking scripts. The Site uses only essential browser local storage, as described in Section 1, to preserve a form you submit. If we introduce analytics or cookies in the future, we will update this policy.

5. Data Retention

We retain form submissions and correspondence for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, manage our business relationship, and meet legal or recordkeeping requirements, after which we delete or anonymize it. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for a limited period.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, or to object to certain processing.

  • EEA/UK (GDPR): Our legal bases are your consent, our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiries and operating the Site, and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent or lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
  • California (CCPA/CPRA): You have the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

To exercise any right, contact us at info@revealera.com.

8. International Transfers

We are based in the United States, and information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate, which may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for business and investment professionals and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to review their policies.

11. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
